The evaluation and estimation of gold and nickel reserves was conducted by qualified professionals from Natural Resource Development Corporation (NRDC), certified by CRIRSCO (Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards), using data from BHP Billiton and other historical exploration efforts. Their assessment has identified significant reserves of both gold and nickel in the tenement under the development of Apex.

Apex Elements LLC, focused on exploration and mining, aims to establish and operate a commercially viable gold mine, codenamed the “APEX GOLD MINE.”
The mine is located on approximately 342.184 acres of land to the west of Tappita, within the area defined by UTM coordinates of Spatial Reference WGS84 UTM Grid Zone 29N. It lies within the "Gold Bank" region, between Saye Town and Ziah Road Communities in Yarwein Mehnsonnoh & Doe District, south of Nimba County.
The expected life of the mine is 10 years.

Geology of the Project Site
Apex Gold mine is situated within the Archean Liberia Age Province of West Africa. The Kuobahn Mountain Range is characterized by leucocratic gneiss, which underlies most of the concession. Itabirite rocks—particularly banded iron-magnetite quartz formations—form areas of high relief and ridges within the Kuobahn Mountain Range. The medium to coarse-grained itabirite rocks are highly magnetic, indicating significant magnetite content in the formations.
The primary rock type mapped across the Earth Sat Engineering concession is light-colored, medium to coarse-grained granitic gneiss. This unit is well-foliated, with a strike ranging from 085° to 110°, dipping between 18° and 34°. Locally, the strike direction can shift to 034° with a dip of 20°. Other rock types mapped in the area include itairite, amphibolite schist, and some ultramafic units.
At some locations, dark-colored gneiss was also observed, displaying minor gneissic banding. An outcrop of phyllite was also noted along a hill slope on one of the ridges in the Kuobahn Mountain area.
The thick overburden and relatively poor outcrop across much of the low-relief areas on the concession are likely the result of intense weathering, combined with the relatively low resistance of the granitic gneiss to erosional processes.
The area is predominantly hosted within sheared granitic gneiss, which contains brecciated quartz veins, abundant fine pyrite, and carbonate and hematite alteration. These shear zones are recorded to trend primarily southwest–southeast to west-east, with dips towards the west-northwest.
Property Description
The Apex Mineral Exploration area covers 11,000 km², with its boundaries delineated through cadastral and cartographic surveys conducted by the Ministry of Lands, Mines, and Energy, Republic of Liberia. The location of the property is shown in Figure 4-2, which also highlights other exploration targets currently under evaluation by Apex, although these are not included in the scope of this report.
The Apex operational mines, covered by a valid Mineral Exploration License, occupy a 342.184-acre land parcel located between the Saye Town and Ziah Road communities. This area is situated within the Gold Bank mineralized zone, where alluvial mining is currently being carried out. However, there are plans to transition to open-pit mining in the future, as part of the ongoing development of the projec
